As said on TripAdvisor: 'What was so amazing about this very comfortable, well-apportioned and pleasant hotel was that, in Galway Races week, when everyone was rushed off their feet, the staff could remain so warm and friendly and would go out of their way to oblige. For example: a hot chocolate (and Guinness) brought to reception at 10pm with the bar heaving with everyone just back from the Races and seats at a premium! This was service with a real smile!'

What makes the Park House an amazing place to stay is the wonderful Staff. My husband wasn't feeling well and the Staff were so kind, I can only mention a young girl Tara, and all the Restaurant Staff, please convey my thanks to them.
